Η Βάγια Παρούση αποφοίτησε το 2021 από το Τμήμα Νομικής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης.
Φοιτεί στο Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών «Αστικό, Αστικό Δικονομικό και Εργατικό Δίκαιο» του ΑΠΘ, με ειδίκευση το Εργατικό Δίκαιο.
Έχει παρακολουθήσει πλήθος εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων, ενώ αρθρογραφία της έχει δημοσιευθεί σε διάφορα Νομικά Περιοδικά.
Γνωρίζει άριστα Αγγλικά (C2) και Ιταλικά (C1).
