Η Ελισάβετ Γεωργιάδου σπούδασε στη Νομική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης, από όπου έλαβε το πτυχίο της το έτος 2003. Το έτος 2013 απέκτησε Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης από το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης, στον Κλάδο του Δημοσίου Δικαίου και Πολιτικών Επιστημών.
Έχει λάβει Πιστοποιήσεις σε ζητήματα σχετικά με την Προστασία των Προσωπικών Δεδομένων από το ΚΕ.ΔΙ.ΒΙ.Μ. Α.Π.Θ., την Ηθική Διαχείριση των Προσωπικών Δεδομένων και την Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Εδιμβούργου, την Ηθική της Τεχνικής Νοημοσύνης στην Υγεία από τον Παγκόσμιο Οργανισμό Υγείας, την Αστική και Ποινική Ευθύνη στην Υγεία από το ΚΕ.ΔΙ.ΒΙ.Μ. Ε.Κ.Π.Α., τον Κανονισμό Φαρμάκων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Harvard και την Διαχείριση Εσόδων (Compliance Risk Management) από το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο.
Γνωρίζει την Αγγλική (επίπεδο C2), την Γαλλική (επίπεδο C1) και την Γερμανική γλώσσα (C1).
